Default How to records my mixes? Sugestions....

Hi every one, hoping you can help me with this one?

    Heres My mixing set up:

    VCI 100 Arcade DIY ()
    Presonus Firebox
    Traktor Pro 1.2
    Macbook 13 (4gb Ram/2.1 core2duo)

Is it possible to record my mixes with this setup whilst simultaneously mixing with it?

    Sugestions/help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

Remember to set the gain. It sucks to do a set and realize the recording is sub par.

    +1

I tend to record mine lowish as over recording is a nightmare then use Peak Pro to normalise and edit them together (sometimes i might do a mix over a few days)

you can do a bit of a mix then fling that recording in a deck then mix from that. some times i add accapela and fx on a second pass.

I always thought an audio edit mode in traktor built in would be a nice feature.

Maybe there is one and I don't know it...

    how about traktor le?
I've attempted to record by using audacity & total recorder but I bet traktor le blocks it somehow
So I've wound up putting my maya sound card's line out to my mic line in and obviously the sound is horrendous
I would upgrade but all I have right now is a netbook & full traktor doesn't like to work on 1gb ram
    surprise surprise

and yep i've searched around for this answer before
any suggestions would be appreciated (get a new laptop is probably #1 ha)
