    Default Launchpad Question

    is a Novation Launchpad worth buying for simple beat making and remixing? or should i go for something abit better? like a MPC?

    Launchpad is just a midi controller. You'll need some software.

    It comes with ableton live intro I think, maybe some extra content as well. It's VERY limited, but it'll get the job done if you want to make launchpad performances.
    MPC is maybe not ideal to begin with, an MPD or midifighter might be better. But if you get these you need to buy software separately

    EDIT: maybe the midifighter comes with mad zach's finger drumming software, is it out yet?
