How will controllers evolve?

It shocking to see how quickly controlers evolve. It seems like around every 2 years companies trump themselves. Looking at the current offerings, aside from changing material and rearranging, layouts, input/outputs It seems like things are at a height...but technology is ever evolving.


What new controllers do you expect for 2014 and how much better can they get?
