I'm tryin to use the remix decks for voice samples, I'm using a S4 and wonder how to get the samples to stop syncing.

Make sure to toggle the arrow button below the active button on the remix deck so it's showing it's advance properties. Select the sample in the remix deck and make sure the "sync" tab in the advanced section of the remix deck is unchecked.

Will I have to do this every time I load a sample, or will it remain until I change it?

No, it'll stay that way IF you save the remix set. I would recommend creating a remix set at home and on your own time as there's quite a few parameters that you should set up with each sample and if you don't have an F1 it's a lot of mouse clicks to get under the hood.

Start with the Traktor and F1 manuals. Even the F1 video tutorials show how to change remix deck parameters with the keyboard and mouse.

So there is there anyway to revert the remix decks to the old sample deck? Sorry I'm just have a heck of a time trying to figure this out, all my voice samples sound like chipmunks or satan.

keep clicking on the deck to maximise the view, select (not trigger) the cell and the extra options are there.
