Default Which one of the new Macbooks should I get?

    Hey guys!
Through a miracle I'm getting a Macbook for free so I can choose whichever one I want.

Which one do you think is the best for digital DJing with Traktor? Does the new OS work with Traktor?

I've never owned a Mac before and I really don't know the goods on them but I'm guessing there's a Mac crowd here who can help me out
I used to link music in my signature but nowadays I don't.

If possible, go for the 15" macbook pro 2.66Ghz c2d version (the middle one).
I did, and no regrets whatsoever!

Any notable difference between the regular Macbook and the Pro 13" models?

    for example a firewire connection..

if itīs free i would definitely go for a pro (13" or 15")

I have a 13" I just got on friday and compared to friends 15" I do not see a huge difference.

Just make sure you have the firewire, 4gb ram etc... and you should be good. The 15" is for sure a bit better in screen realestate.

Like Weltraumpapst said, CPU, mem and firewire.

Screen realestate was the main reason for me to get the 15".

Firewire is defo a big plus, I'll go for Pro then now I'm gonna see if I can manage to squeeze money for the 15"!

Thanks guys, always a big help!

Edit: I see there are 2 audio in/outs on the 15" version, not a huge difference (from 13") if you have an external sound card right?

True, but, you will be able to do extra output re-wirings etc.

Two mini jacks, with the option to switch mic input and output.
