I have to DJ a Pep Rally for our D1 Football team.
any ideas for some good songs that get people going.
i was thinking along the lines of
Dada life -Kick out the epic
maybe some Aoki
Who is ready to jump- Chuckie
Any other ideas?

Do guys really get motivated by that electro/progressive house stuff? I can't stand it when I work out at the gym.
Bumaye is by Major Lazer, Diplo is pretty much a household name these days, and it's just a good song to get up to.
The Pharoahe Monch sample is instantly recognizable. Then again I guess I'm a bit older than most college age kids by a year or two - or 5 for freshman, but I assume Simon Says is still a well known sample.
Henry Fong's stand up is pretty easy to groove to and the marching theme fits in with a pep rally.
Or you could just play jock jams volume 7 I guess? I dunno. Be cliche and open up with some fatboy slim Whomp! Then be ironic and play a lesser known Fatboy Slim track. The hipsters will go apeshit, you will be a god amongst individuals who were Gods before it was cool, and became human as an ironic display of their godlike powers.
