Any half-decent record pool will have enough for you to get by. I personally use DJCity. Has a quick "Top Tracks" section right at the start, so you can grab the most recent stuff right off the bat. Tends to lean towards the harsher electro remix side, and don't expect to find any deep cuts in there, but it's my go-to site for whenever I have to play a mainstream gig.

ITunes for the most part, if that's what you're asking about. If your asking about which particular songs to get, then I would say stay away from relying only on charts, and just attend any college bar or small bar venue that has a DJ and attracts a general crowd. You should have a really good idea of what music to play after one night, and you'll also have a better idea of what songs work and and don't work when looking at charts.

Look at local commercial radio playlists too. Always helps to hear what people are hearing every day in the car/work etc.

Top 40 tracks = whatever everyone listened to on the radio before the club.

Radio tunes are all you need. Maybe some good dnb remixes of T40 for flavor.
