Multi-Hardrive Enclosure Backup

I was playing on buying a Media Sonic Pro Box which is a 4-bay hard drive enclosure. My question is can I have it setup so my mac reads the hard drives as separate devices? I want hard drive#1 to hold all my music for example and then hard drive#2 in the enclosure to backup hard drive #1 and same thing for hard drives 3 & 4'

do you think this would be possible? Just want to double check before I buy it

Well yeah, your Mac won't see different hard drives as one singular device. You can have data where ever you want it.
