Default The worst thing to happen

So last night during my gig, which is about 4 hours long, my Xone 22's entire right hand side of the mixer died...

I couldn't get anything to play at all, meters were completely dead. I couldn't get sound in my headphones from the right channel either. Obviously we tried re wiring everything, because my buddy brought his DJM 850 right by and everything worked flawlessly on that. I read up somewhere that cranking the booth volume might do that, and I usually do while at the same time keeping my volumes on the backs of the monitor speakers low. I'm going to re try everything here in a bit, maybe even hit it with some compressed air.

Anyone of you with a 22 ever experience this? Hopefully someone can hit me with a few tips and tricks.

I take it that you are playing on the line inputs. Open the mixer and change the phono to line on right side and see if you get sound that way.

Does it smell burnt? If you don't have a warranty, take it apart and look for anything unusual like burnt traces, resistors or leaking capacitors.

Now that I think of it, definitely take it apart and give it a good cleaning. Sometimes dust or moisture can short out a fader.
