haha yeah seems i should do this I could make a little video explaining my setup and do a little 5 min mix or something.

I have been meaning to do something like this but i cant find a damn screen capture software anywhere that jives well with my computer, which is kinda a pain in the butt because it makes it hard to make videos of any sort.

Bento - once i dipped to this problem, found out that it was Hardware acceleration problem in graphic card setup rather various software specs. So i disabled that, and then every screen caption soft ran well. (pardon if it isn't news to you)

Cam Studio works well for us here at work.

We use it for demo's etc. YOu record what happens on your screen and sound obviously.

Its cheap ass (free) .....but works!
