    Nope, we will not be doing that. The same goes for embedded sound clouds in your signature.(Therefore I have replaced it with a URL to your soundcloud.)

    Allowing users to embed iframe elements is a security risk.

    As for SoundCloud players in signatures, that means that there's a Flash object in every single post you make. Not good, particularly when other people start doing it as well. Flash can cause browser performance issues and crashes, particularly when lots of players are embedded into the same page. Plus, some forums only allow people to have small signatures just because big ones can be annoying.

    I know I'm not a mod/admin here, but I have the exact same rules on the site I run. You have to think of security, stability and speed which comes above user freedom sometimes, particularly as a SoundCloud link is a perfectly fine replacement for an embedded player really.
