    Default Mixer getting too hot?

Today i stumbled upon something i never really noticed. My dj mixer (Reloop Blackfire) was pretty hot. Obviously all electronic equipment tend to get hot, but i got myself thinking, how hot is too hot for a mixer?

Just to give an idea, if i put my hand under the mixer, its hot enough to burn my hand if i leave it there for about 5/10 secs. Room temp is about 24ºC.

I suppose everyone expects this to be normal as i do, but i found it weird that i couldn't find any threads about mixers getting too warm/hot.

My old reloop blackfire also got hot from time to time, atleast it smelled like that. It never broke down though, not even after 5 hours of use

A lot of equipment tends to get hot after hours of use. My xone can burn somebody as well if it were in use for several hours. With that being said, just make sure that your equipment also has adequate ventilation (i.e make sure the ventilation is not block, using a fan, dusting) then you should be good to go.
