Default VCI-100 stands (or some sort of elevation)??

Everytime I take my VCI to the club I'm searching for something to put it on to elevate it to a more comfortable mixing height. I don't own a large case to lay it on and don't plane on buying something so expensive. I made a shadey small elevation pad out of foam to accomplish this but I'm looking for a product or some type of improvisation that looks somewhat professinal.

Any ideas or products that any of you DJ Techtoolers use in the booth for elevation of your controller?

find a dope looking VHS video camera case at the thrift store,
iv seen one that appeared identical to an odyssey flight case,
but a third the size, hahah

might have to hide the camera or whats ever in it to just buy the case.

i have recently been using this for my laptop, bit wobbly but does the trick. would double up as a vci stand and folds away for transport.

    +1 for the Uberstand.

Solid build, looks cool, folds up and fits in my bag.

someone recommended this to me as well http://www.raindesigninc.com/mstand_features.html , but I think the Uberstand has better height, i put my vci in place of a cdj next to the mixer and have the uberstand the other side with hard drive sound card & laptop, varies from different venues but usually works out ok.

you're not going to put the VCI-100 on an UberStand in the club. If you want a more comfortable height, similar to what the CDJs/Mixer/TT's are at already, get a pair of Auralex monitor isolation pads

The Uberstand is great for your laptop, to bring it up to eye level...but do you really want the VCI-100 that high?
