Phones were great last century technology.
But you'll never know what you're missing unless your get some custom IEMS from JHAudio.
Been using Roxannes with dual 12 way drivers.
Used HDs from Sennheiser last week for about 30 seconds.

Yes, I am leaning towards the TMA 2 by aiaiaia. However I just saw the pioneer 1500 and they look so sexy and it matches my new DDJ SZ (rekordbox version, sx or sr maybe?)
Then I checked out the 2000's. They don't look as sleek but I like the mono switch idea.
What are your thoughts between TMA 2, pio 1500 and pio 2000's?
Update: Sound isolation is my biggest priority. Which headphone will do best with that? With TMA 2 which ear piece will offer maximum isolation?

Hi,
I'm just getting to the music production and i want to buy a new headphone, which is kinda cheap, but have enough quality for beginners.Which brand do you recommend?
I've been using a pair of Sony MDR 7506s, great sound (especially low end) and only about £110. However, they're closed backed and I'm looking for something open or semi-open backed so I have another set for reference.
What are people's current favourites for producing in the open/semi-open backed world?
