Personally I think its the way things are and should go. The only issue being public perception currently.

Yea, I saw one of my all time favorite producers, Paper Diamond, several times this past summer and he loves rocking the ipad. It's cool when you can come I tract with your fans and still be in control of the music. He always comes out from behind the decks and slaps hands and stuff during his sets with the ipad. The more integration you can have with the crown the better, IMO....

Personally I would love it if Serato DJ would be able to fully perform with an SX on a iPad. Would lower my risk with equipment a lot!

My friend has traktor on his iPad and plays smaller gigs with it. I was definitely impressed by it and due to the fact that the new s4 can run with an iPad, I think we are going to be seeing a lot more of them in clubs.

Also this is not the most intuitive use for ipad by any means but I think its GREAT for workflow: For anyone running traktor and maschine together (or any other combination of softwares), you can have the screen for your maschine opened up on your ipad and control it from there (instead of having to continuously switch between the two on your laptop)

Personally I use my iPad in conjunction with Lemur, and basically use it as another controller. Got some features mapped to it that my X1 won't do by itself (FX 3&4 in Traktor, for example), but Lemur is insanely powerful. I wouldn't use it as my main controller though, I need that tactile feedback.
