Default Recommended perm laptop stands for macbook 17"

    Hi

Any recommendations for laptop stands I can screw down to my desk would be please? I have a macbook 17".

Can't find many with dimensions of the "feet" which is key to make sure it fits on my desk. Of course needs to be sturdy and ideally some way to help prevent the macbook being knocked off.

    Cheers

    Magma (style) Stand.

You might have to drill through the feet if you want to screw it to your desk. But there's really no need. Magma's are sturdy as hell.

    Adam Hall Laptop Stand: http://www.amazon.com/Adam-Hall-SLT0...l+laptop+stand

Not a titanium stand, but does a great job and costs a quarter of most advertised dj laptop stands. There is a neat white one and cheaper versions without the clamps if you dont need them. Though those don't have wholes for screws in case you want to be attached to your desk.

I use two of them, one even for an ableton push, so I hammer on it ;-)

What about the Griffin Elevator DJ stand? I've been using it with my 13" MBP. It's simple, but effective and stable as well.

I have one of these, and it is a great heavy duty laptop stand. It even clamps onto your laptop and has a removable/adjustable stand for your soundcard. https://www.google.com/shopping/prod...d=0CMcCEKYrMA0

    Thanks!

Ended up going with this one as only one I could find the "depth":

Not sure why this wasn't a standard DIM on any stand very annoying.

    Cheers
