Numark Mixtrack Pro Connection Problems

I've had a Numark Mixtrack Pro for about a year now and I'm starting to have some connection issues.

The port that the USB cord comes out of in the back is starting to get a little loose. I have to prop up the cord coming out of the back of it, or it says that the device is disconnected. Is there a way I can fix this myself or do I need to send it for repairs?

Going to be upgrading soon but I want this one still working perfectly so I can sell it.

The only thing I can think of is get a new usb hub for the controller, if it's not directly on the circuit board without soldered connections you can reach.

Have you tried using a different cable? It does sound like a loose connection (the fact that you have to prop the cable up) so you may have to take a look at the circuit board and re-solder the join if needed or just get a new hub if the one you're using is funked
