    Default Bpm

    Hi

I was wondering if anyone knew how to get all the songs in traktor Bpm coordinated. Either in traktor or via another software.

    Thanks Miles

The bpm will stay at whatever the producer made it at until you actually mix it in and change the tempo via the tempofaders in Traktor or some other mixing software. I could be wrong but I don't believe there's any way to mass sync all of your tracks to a specific predetermined bpm but I could be wrong. Couldn't imagine it would achieve a very satisfying result though if your tracks bpm's are all over the place..

In Traktor if you enable the BPM heading for your collection and then click the BPM heading it will sort your songs according to BPM in ascending or descending order, essentially coordinating your music library by BPM. I know I personally use this when I have a song of a tricky BPM and I'm trying to find another song to mix with it on the fly.
