Default Calibration fail on Traktor, anyone have any insight?

I got this message from Traktor

This first pic is when the needle's just sitting on the record:

This image is when I try to calibrate:

I'm new to using vinyl turntables, so I'm not quite sure what to do. I swapped the cartridge and adjusted the needle to see if it was crooked, but I still got the same result. I put more weight towards the front, but that didn't do anything. Anyone know what's wrong or have had similar things happen to them?

I suspect it could be any number of problems including stylus, carts or leads.

I had the same problem and trouble shooting isolated it to my cartridge. I replaced it and never looked back.

Try swapping your carts around. If the problem moves with the cart its in the cart or stylus. If the problem stays on the original turntable, it's possibly your leads.

Same problem on my end. Records were scratched. I could hear the needle hitting the scratch which is exactly where the signal would cut out in traktor
