Launchpad and scenes

Hi . Quick question. The Launchpad supplies 64 assignable pads. Is it possible when using it with traktor to switch scenes so that the pads have a different configuration.

Yes. You can use modifiers in traktor to do that. You can use the (RH) side buttons on the LP to assign as modifiers.

So you could have potentially 8x64 assignable pads.

Maybe MORE if you use the top buttons, or combinations of modifiers...

You'll need Stewe to explain that, though...

Thanks Tech Guru. That makes it a lot more attractive to me. I'm currently using an I-Con Istage, which Is great (and under-rated), but my only issue is that it has a bank of 4 X 12 pads (which can be scrolled or used with modifiers) but means it can be easy to hit the wrong button.
