Default How do you get these incredibly deep yet obvious sub basslines? Similar to Dub Techno

    Hi Guys,

I have gone around the internet probably about four times already, for some reason i just cant get a decent tutorial on this.

I have two examples that i will be pasting here, please can you assist ?

This is the easy one of the two (I would assume). I want that very Deep, Moving Sub...

The Next one is a little more complex as it involves modulating. Bass is very similar I would imagine, just with certain tweaks... This bass is also a Deep, Moving Sub bassline but I think the filter is cranked up a bit and envelope added to get the plucky sound.. Another thing i want to know how of this bassline, You will here every now and then there is a very deep Warp (Not wobble), I'd love to get some help on that too please.

Yup Sine waves with a nice filter plus some side-chain compression.

Than you get something like this: http://www.beatport.com/track/muzik-...al-mix/4978794

But tbh if you want to develop your own sound, you just need to try it out yourself with whatever gear/plug-ins you have.

That sounds like a bass guitar or bass guitar sampled instrument to my ears. There is a lowpass filter over it and it might be beefed up with a synth bass to give it more sub.
