Default Will using my MP3's in BOTH Traktor and Serato cause any issues?

Especially with cue points and beat grids in both?

Will a single MP3 retain both software's information without any conflicts?

I don't use those softwares so I could be totally and 100% wrong.

The metadata for each program should be stored in a separate file for each file said program knows about.
Each program will make it's own file and ignore files it doesn't understand.

This should give you separate analysis files for each program.

You should be able to answer this question yourself by locating each programs metadata file and type..
