Default xone 23 or nuo 2.0 for fx loop?

Hear me out. I realize the allen & Heath xone 23 and Ecler nuo 2.0 are super different, but I am trying to pick the more solid of the two, and the only real difference I find in both is that the nuo 2 has a dry wet signal for the fx loop. As a scratch battle dj the obvious choice is the nuo, but I just love the sound of allen and Heath and have never had an ecler. suggestions or advice???

I would take the Xone 22 over the 23 when it comes down to the send/return

But I think your best bet is the Ecler since it will probably be better off for a dj who scratches.

I thought I read somewhere that the 23 handles if differently, it was here but I don't recall which thread it was exactly.

There's some posts on this site regarding a few of the new model xone mixers sending a dry signal through the send/return bus. you might be able to jumper it but I'm not sure. The issue has me curious, I've not personally seen this but the there are a couple posters reporting it. Seems very odd to me! The older mixers don't do this.

I've not heard the ecler mixers either...

    EDIT. .here's one thread:

Nuo 2.0, I had both. The nuo 2 just has so much more control for send return. They both sound slightly different and I love the xone 23 sound, but the nuo 2.0 is still perfect sound.
It's not the gear. It's how you use it.
