Default VCI 400 STANDALONE MIXER firmware

I have a VCI400 and every firmware except the the original one is giving me additional noise in TRAKTOR. It's not that big problem but i want to use the standalone mixer feature - we often dj - me and few friends, so i could spare the additional mixer... I am kind of disappointed - having top not controller that i can’t use in full potential.
What can i do in this case so that i could be able to use that feature?
I am running dual core PC with 4 gigs of ram. Traktor Pro and VCI400 - i could get it to 3-5 ms latency. But it would be good if i can use the mixer.
I guess i am making somthing whrong although i followed vestax instructions...

What sort of noise? It could be a grounding issue? Does it happen on different sockets? What have you got connected to the mixer when you hear the noise? Have you tried a ground loop isolator?

When i play tracks on decks a and b with no mixing it's a soft clicking noise sometimes heard on the quieter parts of the tracks. When i engage the fader it becomes more audible clicking/cracking - it can be heard in the headphones or on the sound system of the club. I at first thought it was the Serato firmware and reverted the firmware back to normal... No additional sound at all! But when i update to the standalone mixer functionality it is audible... shouldn't be ground loop...
