    Default LED question

    Hi,

Can anyone give a quick heads up on how to program LED outputs? I want an LED to light up when i push the shift key but can't get it to work.

Also, how to set the LED to be always on, but toggle between blue and green when pressed?

    Cheers everyone,

    Will

    If you are using traktor:
file -> preferences -> (bottom) midi mapping
in the list, highlight the control that you want to change the LED of. Then click duplicate.
    Change duplicate:
    - interaction mode: make this 'output'
    - type of controller (probably only 1 option) should be LED
    - set the LED-options to the most extreme values so controller-range [0,1] and midi-range[0,127] -- at least that is how I do it, is that any help?
I don't know about different colours, but my stanton scs.3d configured the colours automatically.. Maybe your device too? Good luck

cheers for that dude. i'd tried that myself but it works for some buttons and not others. annoyingly the more i customise the midi mapping the more it seems to screw around with the LEDS that were already preprogrammed. I can't get my head round it. also the 'Effects' button to the left of the EQs in the centre of the unit seems to be programmed to the same note as the button underneath the knob which is furthest to the right of the line of four knobs on the right hand side of the unit. weird.

    yeah what is the controller?
We don't believe in the star system. We want the focus to be on the music. If we have to create an image, it must be an artificial image. That combination hides our physicality and also shows our view of the star system. It is not a compromise-daftpunk
