Latency problem vci 400

since last windows update and traktor update ( i don't know which one is responsable), i having problems with latency ( i believe) cue sound is fragmented and also when i use filter and tone knobs as well it sound really bad.
My pc is a i7 with 16 gig ddr ram.

update, sound works fine as a stand alone mix no fragmerntation or crappy sounds

another update, I'm using the vestax vci 400 sound card for ableton and it's woking fine
