    Patience grasshopper...

Take your time to check out the DB4 and wait untill the 2015 is available.
Not expecting a lemon but with kind of MSRP I would want to make very shure (reviews, hands on experience, ...) before I would make that choice.

That said, I passed on the BD4 (love my xone 92r more) and will sell my 92 to start funding the 2015 (if it's as good as Rane claims).
If they don’t want to see the light…..just make them feel the beat…..

It is quite the intriguing product of this year thus far.

Rane only speaks when they have something to offer, unlike all other brands which will produce every bunk idea that comes to mind.

If Rane releases a product, i can assure it will be a class above the rest.

But the DB4 is great...it is just for a different purpose, more EFX based.

Hey Johnny, thanks for the advice.
The thing is i just bought the DB4 from the US, got it shipped to the UK and was waiting for my friends to carry it for me. I live in Pakistan. So if i get the DB4, use it and then plan to sell it again, i will have to send it back abroad......no one in my country is as crazy as i am! So instead of paying all the shipping and taxes, i'd rather pass on those savings to a buyer.
Its already up for sale. Been in touch with Rane almost everyday and they answered all my questions.
The sound card may be good enough for studio productions as well.

.....that said, the portability of the DB4/Xone K2 combo was what i was looking forward to. If Rane had built a USB hub into this mixer it would be absolute perfection!

I don't think you're really going to get any opinions that are worth anything considering the Rane hasn't been released yet. Wait for the reviews to see if it really lives up to the hype.

That's like comparing cars based on their max speed.
