Traktor 2.7.3 will not open

Just installed traktor 2.7.3 on a new PC and i keep getting an error message and the program will not boot up. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling and virtually everything i could think of. I got a picture in the attachments on the thread. Please help, first post.

Did you provide NI with the requested information and open up a ticket. . It may be helpful to provide the specs of you machine as well.

I have sent in a ticket actually, haven't heard from them it's been a solid 24 hours

Be patient, you should hear back from them within 48 hours or more if there is a big traffic.
