    I believe the KM-202, like the KM-402, doesn't have PFL meters. So it's measuring the decibels of EVERYTHING, including line faders, which is why it peaks so much. The point of those meters is to not move when you move the line faders, only the gain.

    I ignore them on my 402. I mean, I have a Cue meter too, aand it's completey useless. My main gripe about the mixer.

    Okay i thought so, I know i've seen it in the red sometimes but it still sounds perfectly fine. So are they to be trusted in terms of matching the volume levels of 2 tracks.

    If you have PFL meters, then yes, you use them to match the levels of the tracks.

    So with that mixer what's the best way to match up the volume levels without fading over to the next track?
