Mk1 vinyls with S8?

I bought an S8 recently, upgrading from a Xone:22 + Audio 6 setup.

I already have TSP certified mixer upgrade with MK1 vinyls and I've already tested it as working with the S8.

What I'd like to know is if the old Mk1 vinyls will work with the new TSP serial I received from purchasing the S8.

I remember reading somewhere in the past that certain keys only worked with certain vinyls

True but that changed with 2.7 version, now both mk1 and mk2 timecodes work. But beware, i've seen user reports of having unknown problems with mk1 timecode after 2.7 version.
