Default Traktor Pro - Recorded mix sounds louder on right speaker

Hello everyone, I hope you can help me out with this since I can't seem to find what I'm doing wrong.

Everything is great when recording the audio internally, I'm using a Kontrol Z1. But when I play it on iTunes, the right speaker sounds a lot louder than the left.

Any idea why this might be happening?

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for replying!
Everywhere I play it is the same, if I hook up my laptop to external speakers, the same thing is happening. The weird thing is that while I'm recording, the music is coming loud and clear from both speakers. It's when I play it after it has been recorded that this problem arises.

I've even tried recording the mix in mono to see what happens but it's the same thing.

Does it happen when you play the same recordings on some other computer?

    This.
If it plays ok on some other computer - your 3.5mm laptop output is probably fucked up (either at jack or at soundboard).
