Tracks Won't Play in Traktor

Hey everyone!

Any help would be SO amazing!
My tracks in Traktor aren't "taking hold" - they show up as information, but not playable tracks.

I synced Beatport Pro to Traktor and the tracks show up but they are faded grey (not bright white like usual) and it's like they're de-activated and won't play. Same thing when I directed the preference towards the iTunes library..
Can anyone help me with making them playable?

Within File Management in Traktor I've directed the iTunes directory towards the BEATPORTPROLIBRARY.xml file
and nothing.. Will add some images here.
