just wondering, now that you can stream on beatport, does anyone actually bother buying tracks anymore?

There’s also an almost hermetic community that exists in many areas of dance music, where serious hobbyists feed off each other’s expertise but barely connect to the industry – despite many of those involved actually working in it.

Using streamed music while DJing is so far off for me I didn't even know Beatport offers this before reading this thread... Besides that, the Beatport page itself is allready offering enough problems while listening and purchasing tracks (skripts prevent loading the pages fast or correct...), I would never ever rely on Beatport during a live gig.
Buy. I even pay extra for the WAV format.

Couldn't imagine trusting any streaming service (or internet connection) enough to DJ on.
So I'll take the buy option (just not from Beatport)
