    Default getting my feet wet DJ'ing

    im a composer and use Ableton, but im becoming interested in dj'ing/ performing my music music live. what are some of the basic and/or essential things that ill need to get started? currently i have ableton 7 and an m-audio keystation

    do you want to use ableton during your live performances, or are you looking to do something more along the lines of traktor, or even TT's.

    hmm, well I cant really help you much there. I would check out some Moldover videos, as he does some insane stuff with ableton in the live setting.

    Audio Interface
    Controllers mapped to your liking
    Ability, drive and dedication

    There ya go. As long as you have those things you should be able to pull it off.
