just download the .zip from the homepage again.
I'm just a girl, standing in front of a boy, asking him to love her.

all you need to do is use the bin, map and store buttons on the cue view
    and just move them about..
ie.. if you have a free slot in say.. 7 (or free one up) then click on 3, and then click 'map', then click 7 - and that'll move.. then you can move others around like a puzzle. But its only the 1st 4 that you use - which are:

    1) LOOP (16 beats) starting on the 4th beat of the tune
    2) CUE - 5th beat of the tune (snare..) - ie. the beat after cue (1)
    3) CUE - breakdown (17 secs in)
    4) CUE - note after (3) not snapped to the beat...

At least that's how Ean has them in the video. Otherwise, no big deal! it's all down to your personal prefs
