    Default great songs to sample for nudisco/indie dance/chillwave?

    looking for some Neon Indian type samples, or anything disco-y/soul. any ideas?


    or any awesome samples would work =D

    Don't sample other peoples music, it just creates hell if you actually want to sell your tunes.

    Grab royalty free sample cd's instead based on the genres you want to produce

    Exactly.

    I think legally you can use up to 4 seconds of a song without having to pay royalties ... i think.

    neh, all samples have to be cleared. i wish that were the rule though! thanks anyway man! =D

    You have to clear every single sample you use in a song theroetically.
    In practise, nobody is going to notice that short sample from that obscure song.

    Just edit the samples you use so that no one can track down the original track and you won't have any legal problems

    I have read many posts from there and all of them are interesting to read out and contain very useful informatoin for the readers and I hope you will keep up the good work in future as well.

    Once more, it's not on paper in mineral and there are at all times exceptions; however candidates do look as if to have further winner on this exam when they deal with it last.
