Default Allen & Heath Xone 23c problem! Sound but fader is down?

Just purchased a brand new Xone 23c to go with a pair of 1210s wired them all up good to go, then when I play a track I can hear a small amount of sound coming from the speakers when all of the faders are right down!

It's driving me mad, I can even adjust the volume of this audio bleed playing with the gain and master while the whole time the fader is rock bottom!

Anyone have any ideas or solutions, I'm desperate! Thank you

if its brand new, send it back ASAP (assuming its practical to do so)

If not, some fader lube or contact spray would be my first call, although may void the warranty

Exchange for a different one at the place of purchase (if possible).
If not, send in for warranty repair.

If thats spankers then you should send it back, i wouldn't even take it apart. these are problems you may face when you've had a mixer for a few years with heavy use.
