Help traktor input routing !

Hey everyone !
I am currently having an issue with my traktor input routing, i am trying to set up my vestax vci 400 EG to stream live music on the radio with butt broadcasting program but for some reason when i go to my traktor settings, i do not get any feedback. the blue bars are not showing up and i cannot broadcast my live music to the radio.

If any one knows what i must do to fix this issue, please let me know ! I would really appreciate it. Thanks !

The VCI has Line level knobs on the back of the unit, make sure those aren't turned all the way down and that you are routing them to C/D rather than to the Master (another switch on the back of the unit).
