Ableton "collect all and save" NOT WORKING HELP!

Hey guys, so me and this producer are trying to collab but he has serious issues opening my project

I have done everything I can

Save the file in a diff location, collect all and save, it still doesn't work

When I collect all and save, the folder contents are just like the project file and all the samples used individually.. this is incorrect since the folder should look like:

Ableton project info
Samples
abletontmp xxxxx
nameofproject.als


when i do it, it just looks like:
sample name
sample name
sample name

nameofproject.als

are you both using the same version of live?

yes! both using 9.6.1

the problem is my collect all and save, for some reason it just puts all the samples as individual folders and then the project.als

normally it should be like 4 folders
processed
frozen
etc
etc
sample
project.als

i personally first save the project as its own folder, then collect all and save. idk if thats what youre doing..

doing exactly that...

save as > pick a new location, and then collect all and save

when i do this, i open up the folder, and its just all the samples in individual folders instead of one big Sample folder, and theres no processed, flatten folders

do i have to freeze / flatten all midi files maybe thats why? :/
