How can I calibrate my speakers?
How can I calibrate my speakers?
What do you mean? and what kind of speakers do you have?
Weapons, not food, not homes, not shoes
Not need, just feed the war cannibal animal
If they're too loud, turn 'em down. Then, if they're to quiet, turn 'em up.
Repeat these steps until you achieve perfection.
Hint: turn 'em up more than you turn 'em down!

Because I saw this video but doesn't seem to work for me.
Not sure what the problem is, as that video is pretty clear. This process can be taken further if you have iso centered multiband eq's in line to your monitors as you can use them to flatten the response of your monitors at the mixing position but to do this you would also need an RTA (Real time Analyzer).

I think my problem is because I have no reference for the volume. I am using my pc with the 1/8" jack output for the output source therefore I have no idea at what volume should I be. Also on my mixer which is an alto zmx862 have 3 gain levels. I don't know where to set them? At 12 o'clock for example?
Sounds to me like you need to research what unity is at each of your gain stages but I'm not sure it really matters that much on consumer/prosumer gear in a non studio environment. You can, at least, make sure your left & right speakers are at equal volume at your listening position.

What is unity gain?
You could easily do a google search for that but, in a nutshell, unity is the level that passes through a gain stage that is neither attenuated nor boosted.
