HELP? Mixtrack Pro 2 faders and buttons send multiple MIDI notes.

Numark mixtrack pro 2 some faders and buttons send multiple MIDI notes and control functions they should not (no mapping problem!)

What is the problem? Can it bee fixed?

A friend wants to buy a bit damaged mixtrack, so I am just helping him, the buyer that sells it has only said that what I wrote earlier, so I was wondering is it a big problem or it can be fixed? No more info for now...

I will receive the unit after 5-7 days, what can I do, to check if it works or has the above mentioned problems? How to test it? Is there a soft or something? Please guy's help, I am bit new on this

Serato or traktor, what comes when you buy it? Is there a big difference? What you suggest?

neither really come with it, maybe some demo or something.....i think its actually VDJ but idk. Short of some kind of circut bending , or faulty components, i cant really think of something that would have created an environment on the mixtrack where you couldnt map your way out of the situation youre talking about. there is just so little data to work with here...
