[PSA] macOS update 10.12.4 and USB audio issues

Generally, point releases for macOS are reliable enough to update, so I downloaded the latest version (released a week ago or so). Unfortunately, I've been experiencing beeps and stutters with audio through USB audio devices. On-board doesn't have issues.

It's a 13 inch MBP 2015.

I managed to reduce the problem drastically with a PRAM reset and clearing out some crap, but it's still there, once every five minutes or so.

So looks like I have the fun task of rolling back to 10.12.3 before my next party, unless a fix comes out before.

Anyone else had problems?

No issues here. 15" MBP 2016, macOS 10.12.4, TSP 2.11, tested both my Audio 10 MK1 and DJM-750.

I considered updating while on holidays but I think I'll stay with 10.12.1, it seems to be rock solid.

Rolled back from a Time Capsule update. Only took eight hours over wifi!

Did rolling back fix the issue for you Dan?
I'm supposed to be picking up a new iPhone tomorrow and I'll need the new iTunes update. I might not bother with the phone until I can be certain that the iTunes update is ok.

Roll back seems to have fixed it. I'm giving it a proper listen today, while I work. I'll let you know tonight.

UPDATE: I've listened to music over today and I'm pretty sure the issue has gone.
