Default I have a question about cable and audio quality

I have a question about cable and audio quality.

Does it matter if I have a short 0.6m cable vs a 6m cable? I have a controller that have rca outs only for output. As a speaker system I have a car head unit hooked to a couple of speakers in a diy portable box. The head unit have aux input 3.5mm. Does it make a difference in sound quality between a 1.5 meter cable and a 6 meter cable? The cable is jack to y twin rca. They are cordial brand.

    Thanks

Keep the audio cables as short as possible for unbalanced RCA's. If you get any hum use ground loop isolators between the source and amp.

Six metres is on the long side, but since you're only pumping tunes out of a ghetto car setup, via a 3.5mm jack, I really doubt you'll notice the difference.
