Am I right in saying that I connect my rokit 5’s to the mixer via rca’s in the 2 booths on the back of the xone 42? And then I connect my mixer to my audio 6 via rca’s also?

    Yes.

Computer -> Audio 6 (via USB). Traktor (or whatever software) should be using the Audio 6 as it's sound card (see the application's preferences).

Audio 6 -> Mixer via RCA (match left and right, connect the A6's outputs to the mixer's inputs).

Mixer -> Speakers via RCA, XLR, or 1/4". It doesn't matter, which, but only use one matched pair. Mixer outputs go to speaker inputs.

Its still not working? Can just hear a buzzing sound coming out of speakers when i move mixer fader in and out. Is it something to do with the traktor settings?

Possibly. Can you post a screenshot of Traktor's audio settings and output routing page?

MAke sure you haven't connected to the PHONO inputs on the mixer.
