Compatibility problem Pioneer DDJ-SB2 in Windows 10

Hi friends,

Im using Windows 10 and I have a similar problem. I have all the drivers updated of my Pioneer DDJ-SB2 (Driver 1.100 ones DDJ-SB2 and DDJ-SB2 MIDI) and I have the last version of Serato DJ Intro (1.3) installed on my PC (ASUS). My PC soundcard is Realtek High Definition Audio I have tried to enable and disable it, reinstall all, change the order...but nothing, it doesn't work, always the 2 decks appear and in one second they disappear and the warning message appears in yellow "Hardware Disconnected". The headphones don't work too.

Help please!

Have you tried different USB cables or ports?
