So for reasons I'm not sure I can fully articulate I've been getting the itch lately to change up my gear setup. I've been playing for a while now with a Zomo MC-1000 and a 4 channel mixer. I recently got a separate 8 out soundcard since the low output of the Zomo wasn't cutting it for gigs and I needed something with output closer to CDJ's that most people playing before me were using so there wasn't a drop in volume or sound quality between their set and mine. I've been considering replacing the Zomo now since I no longer use the soundcard and could theoretically get more versatility both in control and packing options from a setup with 2 Xone K2's or 2 Kontrol X1's. Does this make sense? Should I stick with the Zomo? Sidenote one of the buttons on my Zomo seems to be dying as it sticks and doesn't spring back like it should anymore.
