Hello, I need a dedicated controller with infinite encoders.
The choice is currently between the two.
I would especially like to know what is the quality of encoders and their resistance.
What about the implantation midi in a daw? Ableton in my case.

They will both fit your needs. It comes down to footprint and support. The midi fighters still have support and have a smaller footprint. The Behringer BCR no longer has support, but has a larger footprint. They also have a larger community of users who have used them across a multitude of platforms.
