Traktor 2 missing newer playlists on new machine

Hey everyone, i had a search but couldn't seem to find similar things, everyone elses problems seemed more major like lost playlist.

Its worth noting that i keep my traktor settings and music on an external drive. And both machines are windows. Using traktor version 2.11.3 on the new laptop

The Problem
Moving to a fresh laptop and install of traktor (one version above the one i was on) and i change the directory and everything to be where i store everything.

Traktor seems to be perfectly fine just missing a bunch of playlists, maybe the last 3 months work (2020 stuff is all i can tell so far).

I have no idea what is going slightly wrong. Would love any help if someone has an idea, it would really be annoying to loose all my recent work.

Ok i've just been testing it out and it seems like a whole bunch of the collection (tracks) are missing, in fact most of them. But is still fine if i take my HDD onto my old laptop... this is so weird
