Default Midifighter Twister sequencer makes it crash after certain amount of active steps

    Hi there,

I am encountering a problem where the midifighter twister would crash if a certain amount of steps on the internal sequencer is activated. With the Black Box it is around 10, I had a faulty cable and it would turn off after 13 always. It makes me think there is not enough power supply and thus the twister is overloaded. It works well with ableton and on my computer. Can this problem be resolved using a usb-midi-host? or is there cable that can provide additional power (if it is due to a problem with the power at all).

    cheers all!!

    Hi Nick,

Yes Twister will restart when insufficient power is detected. Can you explain your non-computer setup in little greater detail?
