Default How to use a external efx input into a dedicated fader from the mixer

    Hello there.
I want to buy a good new analog 3 channel mixer with send/return efx, i have an old art multiverb external effects unit that i want to use.

i want a dedicated channel from the mixer only for the effects unit, my thoughts are that the fx will be all time active sending the effect but only sound on master when the fader is moved up, like a normal song. I know that some mixers have a button for that or a knob, but i want to use one channel from the mixxer.

Sorry my bad english, and my bad explanation.

You need an FX send on the mixer to the FX unit and then take the outs of the FX and plug them in to the dedicated fader channel you wan the FX on. I used to own a 4 ch mixer (Tascam X9) that let you route the FX to any fader channel internally, I LOVED that feature.
